I take one pill everyday that provides my body with the following minerals and vitamins:- Boron, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium iodide, Selenium, Zinc
- Vitamin B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D3, K2
- Collagen Peptides
- Omega-3
- Vitamin D3 (I take extra dose because of my low sunlight exposure)
- Creatine
- Statin (to lower my LDL cholesterol to 70 mg/dL)
