My daily supplements

I take one pill everyday that provides my body with the following minerals and vitamins:
  1. Boron, Chromium, Copper, Magnesium, Manganese, Potassium iodide, Selenium, Zinc
  2. Vitamin B1, B2, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D3, K2
The pill is supplied by Numenor Health. Apart from this pill, I also take the following supplements:
  1. Collagen Peptides
  2. Omega-3
  3. Vitamin D3 (I take extra dose because of my low sunlight exposure)
  4. Creatine
  5. Statin (to lower my LDL cholesterol to 70 mg/dL)
I also get my blood tested every few months and maintain a spreadsheet of my results.

I conducted extensive research on Retinitis Pigmentosa to help my friend identify the gene responsible for his eye condition. I documented my findings and the process for identifying the gene here.
